Verifiable prize draw software for fair, auditable winner selection
ScirDom helps operators evidence fair winner selection through tested randomness, locked entries, a published algorithm, signed certificates, and complete evidence packs. It brings UK-grade evidential discipline to prize draws, sweepstakes, promotional contests, trade promotions, and related chance-based promotions.
Fair from the start
Before any draw runs, the randomness that will drive it has already been generated and independently tested. Three statistical test suites check its quality. The results are published, so the foundation of every draw can be reviewed before a single winner is selected.
Locked before the draw
You confirm your participant list before the draw runs. Once locked, no entries can be added, removed, or changed. The draw runs against exactly the list you submitted, and that list is recorded as part of the signed result.
Proof after the result
When your draw completes, you receive a signed certificate and a full evidence pack. Share these with participants, auditors, or regulators to show exactly how the winner was selected. The certificate cannot be altered after it is issued.
Built for draws that stand up to scrutiny
ScirDom exists for the part of a draw that matters most after the result: the evidence. Once the participant list is sealed, the evidential basis of the draw is fixed. The register is locked, the randomness has already been independently tested, the winner-selection method is published, and the final result is issued with a signed certificate and full evidence pack.
The value of that record is practical. It allows operators to answer the questions that matter after a draw without ambiguity or reconstruction: which entries were in scope, which tested randomness segment was used, how the published method produced the winner, and which signed artefacts remain available for review. That is the standard ScirDom is built to meet. UK CAP Code rule 8.24 is an important reference point because it recognises the significance of a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
ScirDom solves the practical problem that follows any serious draw: not selecting a winner, but being able to prove afterwards that the winner was selected properly. It gives operators a controlled process, a preserved evidential record, and signed artefacts that can be reviewed by participants, auditors, regulators, or commercial partners. The result is a draw outcome that is not merely announced, but evidenced, explainable, and capable of independent scrutiny.

The randomness behind every draw
Before any draw runs, we publish the test results for the randomness currently in use. Three independent suites. All results available to review.
The selection method, in full
The full specification for how winners are selected is published and available to download. You do not have to take our word for how it works.
Signed certificates for every draw
Every draw you run produces a signed certificate and an evidence pack. Access them through your account and share them with anyone who needs to see how the result was produced.
