How it works

Upload your participant list, review it carefully, seal the final register, complete payment, and run the draw. ScirDom then produces a formal certificate and evidence pack showing how the result was generated and why it can be checked.

The randomness is ready and tested before your draw begins

When you run a draw with us, the randomness driving the result has already been generated and independently tested before you upload a single name. This matters because it means the outcome cannot have been arranged in advance: the randomness existed, and was verified, before your draw was even created. We call this block of raw randomness the entropy block. Three independent statistical suites test every block before it is used. The results are published on the transparency page.

1

You prepare your participant list and seal it at review

You submit your participant list and the number of winners. Until you confirm the Review page, you can continue adding names, removing names, or starting again. On Review, the list is sealed and a tamper-evident fingerprint is created. No entries can be added, removed, or changed after that point. This is what makes the result independently verifiable: the draw runs against exactly the list you confirmed.

2

You pay and the draw runs immediately

The result is determined entirely by the pre-tested randomness, not by any choice made at the time of the draw. Nobody, including us, can influence the outcome once the list is sealed. After payment is confirmed, we apply a published selection method to your locked list using the next unused portion of the randomness block. The method is documented in full in the Algorithm Specification Document. The result is produced immediately and a formal certificate is issued.

3

You receive an evidence pack for independent verification

We issue an evidence pack to you containing the certificate, the specific portion of the entropy block used, the locked participant register, the participant register PDF, and the signed manifest. Any party you provide with the evidence pack can independently verify the result against the published Algorithm Specification Document.

001

Verify

The randomness behind every draw is independently tested before any draw runs. Three test suites. All results published and downloadable.

002

Seal

Participant lists are locked before a draw runs. No entries can be added, removed, or changed after the list has been confirmed.

003

Inspect

The selection method is published in full so you do not have to take our word for how it works. The randomness used for your draw is disclosed in your evidence pack. Any party you share that pack with can independently verify the result.

004

Enforce

Every draw includes a formal certificate and a signed manifest. The certificate is the human-readable record; the manifest carries the cryptographic signature used for independent verification.
